buonjourno! auguriiiiiii!
(the two excalmation marks denotes extreme excitement)
It's New Years Eve, and I am totally excitemundo! Well I am totally lying actually, these are my actual sentiments:
I miss my friends terribly, being out here is not as nice as I would have hoped. Well it's nice - but not in the way I hoped. I guess it's a little lonely, I havent had ANY contact with anyone my age - well not really - and it's driving me a little mad. I am terribly mad to be missing new years with my buds and I am going to miss my chance with St. . Oh quelle horreur, my life is such a fail
TALKING OF ST.
i have lots of nice/sad dreams about him. OMG i am so weird, but seriously I told you guys i was going insane :( I guess he represents all the stuff i am missing about 852.
'Have been off the booze also for all this time (apart from one or two glasses of wine in the evening) so i guess this makes time pass more slowly.
Boys here are actually pretty tasty and i guess all my pent up sexual energy is starting to annoy me gratly!
hahaha
anyways
Tom (Babu's fiance) arrived yesterday, he is nice enough but too quiet to hold his own around my absolutely mad family.
i think i might kill myself everyone is driving me crazy with their constant freaking questions and stupid stupid orders and
UGH
I WANT TO GO HOME
I AM SICK OF BEING OVER HERE
I WANT BOOZE
AND CLUBS
AND CIVILIZATION
PLEASE
RESCUE ME
:(
p.s. the Israeli bombing of gaza must be stopped, its disgusting.

MORE ITALIAN GOODNESS!
THE NEXT DAY WE WENT TO ROME. Quelle disastre! OMG. I fucking hate Rome. The day started out alright, we didnt miss the train which was a MIRACLE! But we sat next to a load of massicating italian gyppo pikies who are not very quiet nor considerate. We then got off the train and had some cioccolato calde and cornettos which were divii-yi-yi-ine. After this, Alf and I got ditched by madre mia and Babs cus they went on a pilgrimage to some stuuupid posh hat place. We got left in the godforsaken tourist trap hellhole they call piazza navona. After munching on mediocre cold slimy pizza well past it's sell by date and unnaturally green olives, Alf and I took a walk round this horrid place. Not having walked two steps, we were stopped by a particularly evil looking gypsy - he definitely looked the cursing type - and his equall terrifying brother who proceeded to make conversation with us. See, no one has said anything remotely nice in a while to me so after all this "oh you are very beautiful" my ego was much inflated. As they spoke they were making little string bracelets on our arms. THEN THOSE GYPSY SCUM ASK FOR TEN EUROS FOR EACH BRACELET! I told them, in my very best italian, that they were scum and I was going to collect their tears to curse them. Then they muttered some angry words (probably cursing my nice bracelet :( i probably need to get rid of it) and disappeared into the crowd. I HATE GYPSIES. After this we went to a little restaurant near St. Pauls for lunch - actually more like tea since it was 3:00! Who would have thought it took that long to find a freaking hat?! Jesus! We ate some rather disgusting watery pasta and drank some vinegary wine and went on our way to Giollitti's, our favourite ice cream place. ALAS, how I hate Rome. Giollitti's was filled with Croc toting australians (which sort of made me miss Dilemma. The TT could have torn up Rome) and their snivelly brats. One kid dropped some tacky souvenir on the floor, I picked it up for him - note, he was around 11 - and he did not say a word, just continued on his discussion with his mother! RUDE RUDE RUDE.
I didn't even end up getting an ice cream from Giollitti's as it was so crowded. We went to another place called "Nice Ice" - FAR inferior, I got Fior Di Latte, Fragola and Melone which was surprisingly nice. ANYWAY GTG, GRANDMAMAMA IS YELLING AT ME TO TELL AL THE FISHCAKES ARE READY.
CIAOOOO TUTTA BELLA!

Italic Amazement
'Had a jolly good flight on Emirates, we had a stopover in Dubai which was a lot more fun than it sounds. Alfie and I chilled in the business / first class lounges - through the entirity of our genius. We drank FREE Veuve Clicquet champagne and bitched about how hard it was to be rich... much fun. We also took a ton of photos.
After this fun piece of debauchery, mon frere and I headed to the gate where we were MEANT to be meeting my mother, unfortunately she only takes it upon herself to arrive an hour late and more than slightly drunk - we were not impressed to say the least. After this slight crisis, we boarded the plane - I didn't have to sit next to the mother, hooray! I watched Alice In Wonderland twice, what a delightful Disney movie! I also slept in a VERY uncomfortable position, curled up practically in a ball with my back pressed against the spiky armrest :(. We got off the plane at around 1:00 in the afternoon Italian time and Alex and I went to get the luggage while my mother hurriedly attempted to make herself look ten years younger - pfft, like THAT'S going to happen - which made her late YET AGAIN by twenty minutes, Alfie and I have decided to give her fake meeting times from now onwards.
After this slight palava, We left the arrivals area to be greeted by my two grandparents, who look scarily the same as three years ago. My grandmother's first comment to my mother was " well you've sure put on weight" LOLOLOL I love my grandmother!
We then vavavoomed off to Civitavecchia (the nearest thing to civilisation around our bumfuck town) for some AMAZING pizzza (prociuotto con funghi et mozzarella for me, quattro formaggi for my brother - and some spaghetti a la vingole too!). By the time we got home - around 4:00 - we were SO tired, Alfie and I headed to bed immediatemente, and we slept for 15 freaking hours, this place SURE drains you maaayn.
We then woke up at around 11 - not without my brother waking me up about twelve times in the night to complain he was tired and me giving some disgruntled response before kicking him. After this particularly tiresome episode, we went to go chill with the cousines which are crazy cute if a little wearing at times. They ADORE Alfie. The younger one, Leonora keeps on announcing to us that "I don't like you, I like Alfie" which is more than slightly disconcerting. We headed to Civitavecchia again in order to CZECH out the market (Hey, what a comedian I am) but pretty much to no joy. We bought a lot of pizza bianco, olives etc etc which was yummy.
Then we headed to Fiumiccino with my eldest aunt (Arabella) to do the shopping and Alfie and I gorged ourselves on 6 euros worth of Lindt chocolate... yum! We then went to the GIANT HUGE NORMOUS supermarket where Alf and I stalked our mother for about an hour and laughed at what a fat bitch she was!
MORE LATER. GOT TO OPEN MY STOCKING!

Office work, time to shirk.
I fucking hate the office.
TODAY I AM LEAVING :(
So buddies, you are probably wondering why I am writing a blog at 12 in the mid-day arena(?) but it's mostly cus I have ABSO-fucking-LUTELY nothing else to do.
Woke up this morning to my brothers dulcet tones screaming "wakeeee uppppp" (insert whingey pre-teen voice here, I know he is 15 but i am pretty sure he doesnt qualify as a teenager yet) "BAACCCOOOON FORRR BREAKFAST" (nasal intonation) "WHERE'S MY CAMERA CHARGERRRRR, YOU STOLE IT DIDN'T YOU? I'M TELLING MUMMYYYYYYY"
Yay! Morning's are always so pleasant in the house of Thomas/Parkinson.
So after pulling my considerable bulk out of bed I proceeded to galivant (TAKE NOTE, MWP!) to perform my various ablutions and have my (disgusting) breakfast. How can bacon be disgusting?! you all cry in horror. Well, let me ASSURE you, my maid Edna can turn even the most delightful things (candyfloss, sushi, mcdonald's fries) into a hulk of steaming manure. So after eating my - undercooked on one side and over cooked on the other intoned with the faint taste of rotting fish - bacon, I then proceeded to have a conversation with my mother.
OH HOW I LOVE CONVERSING WITH MY MOTHER. Nahhht. We spent about half an hour arguing about where to put the stuff we are packing for Italy. I suggested the suitcase after this prolonged "conversation" and I have been heralded as a child genius. God knows where the fuck I inherited THAT from.
So then I popped over to Bread and Breakfast to collect me a delightful lunch. Put off by my fecundant breakfast, I opted for a parma ham sandwich over a bacon and avocado one - you would too if you had to endure what I just did.
So now here I am, in the office, with nothing to do. I've already made two pass-the-parcels (inscripted with the words "DO YOU LIKE YOUR KNEECAPS? IF SO, DO NOT RELOCATE THESR PTPs)
ANYWAY, Dilemma is over soon and she will be bearing gifts of Frankensense (?), Myhrr (?) and gold (that one i CAN spell!) - or in other words pot noodles.
MUST GO PREPARE THE MANGER
HOLY SHIT
I totally have a blog!
THAT NO-ONE WILL READ.
I freaking love my life.
hahaha!
I can write random things that no-one cares about on here.
I think i might start with bullet pointing my emotions right now. Ha! My blog totally has bullet points
- St. is leaving, I do not want him to go. I still have not told him how crazy i am about him, how it kills me cus we are such great friends and all I do is give him advice on other girls and pretend I don't care. BUT I CARE. I CARE I CARE I CARE. HI! I CARE ABOUT YOU. FUCK. Why am I always the friend and not the fucking girlfriend? FUCKFUCKFUCK
- I FUCKING HATE MY FAMILY! I DO NOT FUCKING WANT TO GO TO ITALY TO SEE THEM. SPENDING TWO WEEKS WITH THEM WILL DRIVE ME FUCKING CRAZY. No, I do not come from some kind of abusive home, I just have feelings of apathy towards my family. Well, on my mother's side at least. I will probably end up having fun there in the end but at the moment I am dreading it like a person with halitosis dreads going to the dentist.
- I miss my friends already
- I've been out two nights in a row and I feel sick. I think I am getting old. Last night with W.R.P (the witch, the rum, the pirate) and some random others. 'Night before at Christmakkuh avec the whole crew. Too much to drink too little to eat. APART FROM LAST NIGHT WHEN W.R.P. AND I FOUND OUT YOU GET FREE TAPAS AT GOCCIA IF YOU BUY ONE OF THEIR RIDICULOUSLY PRICED DRINKS! Fuck that was the highlight of my weekend.
So. What did I do today? Good question. I had a SHIT day. But mostly cus I like repeating bad words as it is a kind of therapy for me. Woke up at 9ish - with the WORST hangover ever - to my dog's (Princess Oliver McMuffin Chicken Noodle Soup Sausage - o! alas, poor canine) manic barking at the neighbours dog. Got up, kicked my dog, got water, took about 6 panadols and went back to sleep. Woke up again at around 10:30 by my mother - told her to fuck off, went back to sleep till twelve - cus I am a lazy little cunt. Then I skived out of doing any packing by having a bath before anyone could tell me not to (hehehe.) for about an hour. Got out of the bath when I started falling asleep in it and made my way into my newly tidied room - who says skivers never get anything done for them?! So, flushed with the triumph on skipping on work, I decided - for my family - that we would eat lunch on my favourite wanton dai pai dong in central. Classy, eh? After slurping down noodles that probably had AIDS, salmonella, hepatitis and bird flu all in one - but which tasted delicious! - I then proceeded to cut off a small amount of my hair. No, not by myself but with the assistance of a rather friendly gay fellow wearing clothes with holes in them. You would've thought, working in a sophisticated establishment such as Tony and Guy's, the poor fellow would be able to mend his clothes? Unfortunately not, but I did tip him generously in order for him to darn the holes in his vetements.
After this I embarked on the seriously tiring mission of shopping with my mother. This is much more arduous then one might have thought, it basically consists of trawling through the shops for about three hours with my mother picking the most disgusting clothes alive - and making "pfuit!" noises under her breath at whatever I picked out. She is so fucking picky about every-fucking-thing and SIMPLY CANNOT FUNCTION AT A NORMAL PACE! She is so slow at doing everything, it makes me sick with frustration!!! Then I went home and argued with her on the phone.
Life is one big argument with that woman, I swear.
Also had a nice DMC with ...
damn.
I have no codename
will think of one later. This one is difficult.
Sorry my life isn't that interesting. I'm sure it will get more so.
At least I hope.
